URI Graduate School News & Info – September

– September 30, 2019 –

Graduate School Deadlines:  

  • October 7:  Nominations for December 2019 graduation due
  • October 11:  Dissertation proposals for May 2020 PhD graduation  
  • October 17:  Last day to drop classes using eCampus

 

Be Careful When Completing Your Grad School Forms!

Although there may be issues with the TransForm system, the Graduate School continues to receive improperly completed forms. When submitting any form to TransForm, be sure:

  • Email addresses for Faculty are correct (URI email address is best)
  • Names and email addresses are spelled correctly
  • You provide complete information and email addresses
  • Once you have entered all the necessary information, click “Sign/Submit” near your name ONLY ONCE and close the form immediately. The system will then pass it on for the other necessary signatures.  Do not click “Sign/Submit” elsewhere on the form
