Biography
Dr. Mandel has worked at the University of Rhode Island since 2012. She teaches courses in management and leadership, information science and technology, research methods, and history of books.
Dr. Mandel has experience working in public, academic, and special libraries (historical societies/archives). She has worked in reference, programming, children’s and YA services, and circulation. Dr. Mandel is originally from South Florida.
