Workplace Options Student Work

The Harrington School partners with Workplace Options (WPO) to provide students with internships and experiential learning opportunities. Led by Executive Advisory Council Member Alan S. King ’84, Workplace Options offers individuals and organizations human-centered well-being solutions that address emotional, practical, and physical needs.

In 2023, three Harrington School students worked with WPO to create content on entering the workforce and joining the WPO team.

The WPO Marketing team directed Abby to create an engaging video for university students and recent college graduates. The video’s purpose is to attract future talent to a career at WPO. The Marketing team collaborated with Abby on the storyboard, four themes, images, and copy. The video was promoted across WPO social media.

The Future of Workforce Talent

WPO Corporate Communications Manager invited Kerrigan and Derek to be interviewed on WPO’s podcast, Workplace Success, to provide their insight on entering the workforce and launching their careers. The topic of the episode was “The Future of Workforce Talent.” Kerrigan and Derek collaborated with the podcast host on questions and talking points. The podcast was publicized via WPO social media.
