Elizabeth Briggs-Gruebel, a lecturer in the Human Development and Family Studies Department, took part in the TEDxURI event on February 10^th.  Liz’s talk on The Power of Family Stories reveals to us the transformative power of family stories, which connect us to our past, anchor us in the present, and can even shape our future. Through the talk we learned that by shifting our perspective on our family stories we can begin to see the world through a better light.  Congratulations Liz!
