Emily has a comprehensive background in design, ecology, and horticulture that enables her to intricately weave together art and science within the sphere of landscape architecture. She is passionate about exposing the beauty of ecological processes within the everyday lives of people with the hopes of inspiring appreciation of the processes that sustain our quality of life.
As Director of Integrative Research, Emily leads a rigorous review of Andropogon’s past and present landscape interventions in order to integrate the best scientific knowledge and the most effective design solutions into future projects.
