Performance Opportunities
Our department offers ensembles in five different program areas to give you a wide exposure to many styles, help refine your technique, and broaden your musicality. Whether you want to focus on standard repertoires, or those with more innovative or advanced approaches, performance opportunities abound at URI. And, some of our ensembles will give you an opportunity to work with local musicians as well as students.
Auditions and Academic Credit
All ensembles, except the University Chorus, Concert Band, and Marching Band, require auditions. All are also offered for academic credit.
