A special room rate of $129 (plus tax) has been arranged for Seminar by the Sea attendees. The $20 resort fee has been waived. Resort Fee Includes: overnight self-parking, shuttle transportation to/from downtown Newport (NOTE: dropoff/pickup location is Bowen’s Landing on Market Street; Hours of operation vary),  two bottled waters per guestroom per night, newspapers at the front desk, 24 hour access to fitness center, unlimited local phone calls, on-property resort activities. Services do not include valet parking. This rate is guaranteed through February 11, 2020, or until the room block is full.
