Administrative policies are developed by both members of the University community as well the University’s leadership to address operational matters, compliance, university infrastructure (including IT and physical plant) and other business concerns.

Community Comments

To increase community engagement in the University of Rhode Island Administrative Policy development process, draft Administrative Policies (both new and those up for renewal) are available for community input for a two-week period prior to their review by the Administrative Policy Committee. Copies of the submitted community comments for specific policies are available by contacting vpaf-group@uri.edu.
