Seven political science seniors were selected by department faculty for prestigious senior awards.

The department recently celebrated these students and their families at an awards ceremony, where faculty members spoke about each award winner’s performance in classes throughout their undergraduate career.

Ave Palma, the winner of the Political Science Department Student Excellence Award, then spoke about her experience as a political science student at URI.
