Member of URI Best Buddies Club. Member of URI pre-PT club. Work as a teacher’s assistant at a daycare. Worked as a physical therapy aide. Shadowing a physical therapist who works with people with an intellectual or developmental disability.
What would you tell your freshman self?
I would tell my freshman self to not stress too much about my future even though I was unsure about what I wanted to do. URI has so many amazing resources to guide and assist students with making that decision. Take advantage of all of them, say yes to every opportunity, get involved as much as you can, and everything will fall into place.
