Biography

Dr. Kelum Gajamannage was awarded his Ph.D. in Mathematics from Clarkson University, USA, and was awarded his MS in Applied Statistics and BS in Mathematics from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka. His research interests encompass Machine learning, Computer Vision, Network Science, and Manifold Learning. He is an enthusiastic educator of Mathematics, Statistics, and Data Science related courses for undergraduates and graduates. He was an Assistant Professor in Mathematics from 2019 to 2023 in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi, USA. He was a Post-Doctoral Scholar for three years in the Department of Mathematical Sciences at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, USA and also worked as a Lecturer for three years in the Department of Science and Technology at Uva Wellassa University, Sri Lanka.
