Biography

Shaun received his doctorate from Brown University in Computer Science in 2023. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Rhode Island. He is a Human-Computer Interaction Systems researcher. His public-facing research systems have engaged hundreds of thousands of visitors to deliver real-world impacts and augment their information seeking and consumption behaviors. His teaching interests range from high-level systems courses to human-centered research courses. He enjoys a good story, sports, computed-based music, and exploring Rhode Island in his spare time.
