Catherine Trinh

Biography

Catherine is a graduate student in the Clinical Psychology PhD program. Prior to her time at URI, she worked as a clinical research assistant in the Division of Alcohol, Drugs, and Addiction at McLean Hospital near Boston. Catherine completed her B.A. in psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2019.

Research

Catherine’s research interests focus on interventions for substance use disorders across diverse populations. Specifically, she is interested in developing interventions to reduce substance use from a strengths-based approach.
