Biography

Morgan Hoyt joined the lab in spring 2026 as a Research Assistant after working in the Psychosocial Research Program at Butler Hospital. She received her B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Randolph-Macon College (2024). Her research interests include substance use, emotion regulation, and trauma, with a particular focus on women and gender and sexual minority populations. Morgan plans to pursue a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology.
