What we do
The Research Concierge Team is a new support team at URI that provides assistance for faculty and Research Administrators. Our goal is to provide you with the assistance you need to pursue research endeavors at URI as efficiently and effectively as possible. We are here to connect you with the resources you need, while addressing any challenges or questions you may have.
The Research Concierge Team is designed to connect new faculty effectively with all groups and systems that they may need in order to successfully conduct research at URI. We want to serve as a bridge between PIs and administrative offices at the University. The Research Concierge Team can advise PIs on available resources to help navigate the various stages of a sponsored project and to direct a PI to the appropriate office or point of contact for answers to specific questions.
We want to ensure that all faculty feel supported in the advancement of their research.
You can find the Research Concierge Team on the second floor in the Carlotti Administration Building. Appointments are recommended or you can join one of our virtual drop-in sessions every Thursday 3-4pm via this Zoom link.
