- Make sure to transfer any files you have stored on the device during your trip to an external storage device prior to returning it to RAM TECH.
- When you return the loaner to RAM TECH, it will be wiped, reformatted and reimaged. Any information, files or other records you stored on the device will be destroyed and will not be retrievable. URI will not be responsible if any of your data is lost once you have returned your loaner to RAM TECH.
