Training for the primary care workforce about dementia, and caring for those affected, is essential. This workshop will focus on the interprofessional team roles in providing person-centered and collaborative care approaches to dementia care.

Learning Objectives

After completing this webinar, participants will be able to:

  1. Describe the benefits of having a person centered interprofessional dementia care team.
  2. Describe the responsibilities of all members of the interprofessional dementia care team.
  3. Describe how responsibilities may evolve as the disease progresses.
