Biography
Kim Salloway Rickler received her MSW degree in 1977 from the University of Pennsylvania and has extensive experience as a clinical teacher and mentor. She has taught behavioral science skills to social work and medical students, residents and fellows at Stanford, Yale, Tufts, Boston University and for the past 20+ years at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. Ms. Rickler’s interests and expertise include underserved populations; medical education; doctor/patient relationship; cultural diversity; interdisciplinary teams; geriatrics; chronic and terminal illness, group medical visits, and humanizing the dying process.
