An Experiential Learning Program for Health Professions Students
Many older adults with complex healthcare needs are different from younger age groups and require care integrating the perspectives of multiple professionals. Interprofessional teams are widely recommended as the most effective way to meet the health care needs of this complex group. This requires that students learn “with, from, and about” each other and their professions to integrate different perspectives on care. This educational experience is an opportunity is to learn teamwork knowledge and skills needed for effective collaboration in a virtual setting.

What: Review a case study and participate in a case-based discussion
