In preparation for our upcoming INBRE renewal, the MIC will be holding a virtual open house event on Wednesday, Aug 10 1-2 PM (Zoom link).  Dr. Hemme will be presenting a short talk on the current state of the Core and what factors will influence the future of the Core.  Specifically, we will discuss current trends in bioinformatics and biomedical data science, NIH data science mandates, and the current and future research needs of our users.  Your input is greatly appreciated and will help use determine the future direction of the MIC!

In addition to the Open House, we will hold virtual office hours on Monday Aug 8 and Friday Aug 12 1-3 PM (Zoom link) to discuss issues in more detail.
