The Rhode Island Consortium for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (RIN2) is a multi-user core facility part of C-AIM. This facility provides training and access to high-end instrumentation for materials characterization from the macro- to the nanoscale. In this talk, two new instruments coming to RIN2 in Fall 2020 and potential applications relevant for C-AIM participants will be presented: an X-ray tomography system and a new scanning transmission electron microscope with nanoanalytical capabilities.
