Biography
Damaris Borden is an experienced science communicator with a background in environmental education, community-led science, and climate adaptation. She holds a B.A. in Environmental and Urban Studies and an M.S. in Climate Science and Policy from Bard College in upstate New York. She has worked with a variety of organizations from across the country, including national wildlife refuges, environmental education nonprofits, and most recently taught chemistry and field ecology at The Greene School. She is passionate about fostering inclusive, participatory learning experiences that spark curiosity and prepare young people to think critically about solving local and global challenges
