Purpose: To learn about the basic particle interactions within a typical solar cell.

Target Grades: K-5

Activity: Students will participate in an interactive activity where they act out the different particle interactions within a silicon solar cell. They will either act as photons, electrons, or electron holes and will move around a pre-determined layout.
