Biography

My name is Mikaela Gonzaga and I am a double major Psychology (BS) and Human Development and Family Studies (BS) with a minor in Leadership Studies. I began working at the SIS lab in the Fall of 2016, as my research experience on team performance lead me to Dr. Macht’s expertise. I have a passion for improving and systemizing individual and team performance on a variety of levels; including motivation, communication, mindfulness, and leadership skills- to name a few. Ultimately, I hope to become a successful consultant with a blended therapy and life coaching practice, as I enjoy problem solving and collaborating with others.

When I’m not working I like to do Mixed Martial Arts and yoga.
