Biography

Hello, I am Franshelyne Torres, a Rhode Island native from the small town of Cranston. I am pursuing my BS in Biological Sciences at The University of Rhode Island, on the pre­med track for Class of 2017. I began working at the SIS lab summer 2016; some of my research interests are clinical research, communication and team performance. I enjoy working with people, someday I want to be a physician to work in unrepresented areas educating others on how to better their lifestyle.

When I’m not in the lab I like to go traveling and weight training.
