Anticipated project duration is dependent on project specifics, overall small project workload and resources.
What is a Small Project?
Small Projects are procured without a separate public bid and can be categorized into two different types:
Type 1 Projects
Examples of Type 1 projects could be signage projects, furniture and/or interior finish upgrades and feasibility studies.
Type 2 Projects
Examples of Type 2 projects could be office suite configurations (with finishes, furniture, lighting, HVAC and fire protection), accessibility improvement projects (with plumbing, egress and ADA impact) or classroom renovations (with finishes, AV equipment, furniture, lighting & HVAC upgrade).
