Matthew Lenz ’11 serves as the Public Policy Director for Meta. In this role, he works directly with state policymakers to promote the safe and efficient use of internet technologies and economic development in the region.

Before joining Meta, Matthew led multi-state policy engagement with BSA | The Software Alliance and the Entertainment Software Association. In addition to his time in the private sector, Matthew previously worked as a Senior Policy Advisor for the Office of the Attorney General of the State of Rhode Island. He is appointed from the list submitted by the President of the Senate.
