Creates policies for URI student learning outcome assessment, data distribution, and frequency of measurement at the university-wide level.  Sets standards for outcome assessment, identifies strengths and limitations of existing assessment practices, makes recommendations for resource allocation for enhancement.  Provides advice and guidance relevant to faculty learning practices of student learning outcomes and assessments, oversees implementation and facilitation of approved policies.  UMAN 5.84.10-5.84.13, 8.59.10-8.59.14
