About: 

I am working as a Project Design and Development Manager in a Non-profit humanitarian organization called Basic Education and Employable Skill (BEST) Training in Pakistan. We work mostly in conflict affected areas and deal with conflict affected beneficiaries in our projects so training on nonviolence and peace building is very important for me for the smooth implementation of our project activities.
