Biography

Hello everyone!
My name is Jacquelyn, and I am a junior double majoring in Communications and Public Relations. I am very excited to help students at any stage of the public speaking process, whether that is the initial ideas, outlining, practicing the speech, etc. This is not my first time helping students with public speaking because I was a TA for Introduction to Public Speaking (COM 202) once before.

One accomplishment I am especially proud of is serving as a guest speaker at virtual conferences, where I gave presentations on learning disability awareness.

I strive to create an empathetic, and encouraging environment where everyone feels comfortable developing their public speaking skills. I know public speaking can be challenging, but with the right strategies, and practice, it can become more manageable. I hope to see you soon at the Speaking Studio!
