What is your favorite part of the Flagship Program?:

My favorite part of the Flagship program is the instructors. They are so understanding and accommodating to my needs as a double major.  They truly care about the individual success of every student.  The Flagship program is a home away from home for me

What is your favorite Chinese word or phrase, and why?

My favorite Chinese phrase is 安土重迁. The literal definition means that someone is attached to their native land and is unwilling to leave it.  However, I prefer to interpret it differently as I grow as a global citizen. I believe that no matter where you go you still have ties to your home.  I will always be tied to the fields of Pennsylvania that I grew up on, the beaches of Rhode Island where I attend school, and I know that my next adventure will surely give me something special to always come home to.
