Registration Service Fees

Eventbrite fees for use of platform:

Conference Services uses Eventbrite for conference registration
and payment collection.

  • $600 – fee to Client for Conference Services to custom build and
    host your registration website

Ticket Services fees – per ticket

  • 3.7% of base ticket price – Eventbrite charge paid by Participant
  • $1.79 Per Ticket – Eventbrite charge paid by Participant
  • 2.9% of Total Order – Eventbrite charge paid by Participant (if paying by credit card)
  • 5% Total Sales Fee – Conference Services fee paid by Client

Example (based on a ticket price of $100.00):

      • Ticket cost $100
      • Eventbrite fee (3.7%) $3.70
      • Eventbrite fee (1.79) $1.79
      • Total if paying by check $105.49
      • Eventbrite credit card fee (2.9%) $3.06
      • Total if paying by credit card $108.55
      • Conference Services Fee (5%) $5.00
      • Net ticket revenue to Client $95.00

This includes a custom registration website for your event or conference, registration management services and support, financial reconciliation,
and attendee reports.


Coordination with the Campus Store for name badges, program production,
T-Shirts and gifts.
