What is your responsibility as a 2019 URI Energy Fellow (i.e. what team are you on/where are you working)?
I am currently pending my start date working for the Rhode Island Office of Energy Resources as their Farm Energy Fellow. I will be communicating personally with local farmers and providing them with reliable information to help improve upon sustainable practices. I will attend farmers markets to develop personal connections with the community, as well as run social media platforms to help spread the word. The hiring process for my position is a long one, but I’m looking forward to getting started!

What do you like to do in your free time? Are you involved in any other organizations or activities on campus?
Free time is hard to come by in my schedule, but I enjoy listening to or playing music, and I love being outside. I have played the piano since I was a child and it will always be a stress releasing hobby of mine. I absolutely love food and traveling and trying new experiences. I am from Los Angeles, California, and I am at my happiest when I’m constantly finding new things to do out west.
