What is your responsibility as a 2020 URI Energy Fellow (i.e. what team are you on/where are you working)?:
As a 2020 URI Energy Fellow, I am working at the National Grid Energy Innovation Hub in Providence, RI. At the Hub, our goal is to educate customers on ways to improve their energy use and consumption in their homes, as well as educate them on what National Grid is doing to be a leader in a nationwide transition to renewable energy methods. My responsibilities as an energy education intern include giving interactive tours of the Hub to visitors, assisting in large Hub presentations to local schools/local community groups, and promoting to our visitors to sign up for National Grid no-cost home energy assessments.

What do you like to do in your free time? Are you involved in any other organizations or activities on campus?:
I like to spend my free time being active by either going for a run, going to the gym, or going on a hike. I also enjoy cooking, watching sports, and spending time with my friends. On campus, I am involved as a brother of Tau Kappa Epsilon, where I recently completed a year of service on the executive board as secretary.
