Welcome back to the CRC Capture series. The second installment features coastal manager Pam Rubinoff. Pam is currently working with Common Fence Point, a coastal community in Portsmouth, RI. The neighborhood realized their vulnerability to flooding from storms and other extreme weather events, and wanted to become more prepared. With the expertise from Pam, they formed a CFP Preparedness committee to learn more about how they can be a resilient coastal community. They are focused on being prepared now and for the future as sea level continues to rise.
