Bob joined CRC in 1997. He was the manager of management and information systems (MIS) for the center’s Rhode Island headquarters and field offices. He was the Center’s Webmaster, assessed and coordinated information technology needs and managed general computer services. He was also co-leader of CRC’s knowledge management strategic objective team. Bob’s professional interests include information technology, knowledge management, and geographical information system applications (GIS) for coastal planning and management. Bob is ABD in chemical oceanography and has a bachelor’s in environmental chemistry.
