Kate joined CRC in 2005. In her role as the Coordinator for the U.S. Field Programs, Kate managed all aspects of U.S. Coastal Program finances including proposal and budget development, financial projections, tracking and reporting, purchasing, travel coordination, and personnel. Kate provided administrative support and assistance to project managers, fund directors, and collaborative partners. Kate was also a key member of the Ocean SAMP (Special Area Management Plan) team and served as the financial and administrative coordinator. She provided data management assistance and expertise to directors and principal investigators in the areas of budget preparation, forecasting, accounts payable, and reporting.
