Biography

Lisa Primiano joined CRC as the Assistant Director in June of 2023. She brings with her a wealth of experience. Prior to her arrival at CRC, Lisa was the Chief Operating Officer at RI Housing since 2017 and before that was Chief for the Division of Planning and Development with RI DEM.  

Lisa received her B.A. from the University of Rhode Island in Urban Affairs and her Master’s in Urban Planning from Hunter College, City University of New York.
