A graduate of the Class of 2017 at University of Rhode Island, and currently pursuing completion of Masters of Business Administration. Graduated in 2017 with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a main focus on Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Operations. Currently working as a Graduate Assistant with URI Dining Services while concurrently taking courses towards completion of an MBA degree. This Graduate Assistantship involves aiding the shift to be more Sustainable at URI Dining Services by implementing green operation solutions, better composting efforts, and the ability to source local/ fresh foods to serve at our dining halls. Before working as a Sustainability Graduate Assistant, Jacob worked as a Student Manager for URI Dining Services Catering division from 2012-2017. Jacob is Rhode Island born and raised, and is extremely excited and committed to transforming URI Dining Services into a more sustainable institutional food service operation.
