As the University continues to embrace diversity and social justice, the need for individuals, groups, and departments, and offices to understand and exercise a multifaceted approach to diversity, equity, inclusion, social justice, and decolonization within an anti-oppression framework is paramount.
The Social Justice and Inclusion (SJ&I) Microcredential offers anti-oppression educational development workshop modules for University faculty, staff, and affiliates. You’ll complete four modules via Zoom offered throughout the semester, then submit your portfolio to earn the SJ&I Microcredential.
While we recommend that participants take the modules in order, it is not required. If you are unable to complete the modules this semester, we will offer the modules next semester. Contact Safie Sagna for more information.
