Welcome to the DURA Project
The electrical grid is one of the most essential infrastructures in modern society. Numerous critical sectors, from public service, food, finance, transportation, to communication and many others, are substantially dependent upon the reliable supply of electricity. As the electrical grid becomes increasingly dependent on computers and data sharing—providing significant benefits for utilities, customers, and communities—it has also become more vulnerable to both cyber and physical threats. This project addresses the fundamental research challenges and needs posed in electrical grid reliability, resiliency and security.
