The DURA group offered another great workshop despite pandemic restrictions. Participants from academia, industry, and government, especially students, attended virtually on Saturday, October 24th. The talks addressed power and energy system basics and highlighted the skills that would be useful for a future career in this promising area. There were also presentations about how to continue with a Professional Engineering License, the possibilities Graduate School has to offer, Tips for Job Searches and Internship Opportunities in the COVID era, and many more. After the talks, participants were free to engage the presenters during the live Q/A sessions and ask questions to further the discussion and satisfy their curiosity.
