Hepeng Li received his B.S. degree in information and computing science and the M.S. degree in control theory and control engineering from the Northeastern University, Shenyang, China, in 2009 and 2012, respectively. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. degree with the School of Electrical, Computer and Biomedical Engineering, University of Rhode Island, South Kingstown, RI, USA. His research interests include smart grid, microgrids, demand response, deep neural networks, and deep reinforcement learning.
