Jennifer Rogers graduated with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering in 2008 from the United States Coast Guard Academy in New London, CT. She served 12 years on active duty, serving as both a ship board and electrical engineer. While in the Coast Guard, Jennifer earned her M.S in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University in 2012 and worked on emergency communications systems for Coast Guard operations. She separated from active duty in summer 2020 in order to pursue her Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at the University of Rhode Island in Kingston, RI.
