Biography

Christina Martin (she/her) graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a degree in Communication Studies and later returned to earn her master’s in College Student Personnel, focusing on supporting first-generation and underrepresented students. Her career path has included corporate event planning in New York City as well as real estate and home improvement projects on both coasts. Along the way, she and her husband—also a proud URI alum—have been raising their three children and found their way back to Rhode Island in 2017. When Christina isn’t in Roosevelt Hall, she can be found cheering on her kids at their athletic and theatrical endeavors or spending quality time with her husband and their 50-pound Australian Labradoodle, Finn—who is convinced he’s a lapdog.
