Economics Student Association

Overview

The Economics Student Association (ESA) serves as an outlet for students interested in Economics to become more involved in the department, and learn more about the field. The organization offers opportunities for members to meet fellow students, build relationships with faculty, organize events, and learn about postgraduate opportunities. The only requirement is that members have an interest in economics!

The ESA has held a range of events including a pizza/jeopardy social, a graduate school information panel with URI alumni, an interview panel with the Bureau of Labor Statistics, and a variety of workshops involving Linkedin, internship applications, and interview skills. Various alumni events have also been organized by the ESA.
