The purpose of this project is o provide election administrators with illustrations based on global and locally interpretable metrics to evaluate the potential impacts of specific location selection decisions within a given jurisdiction.

This project utilizes spatial access metrics for creating geo-visualizations to identify spatial mismatches between the supply of election-related services and demand by eligible-voter populations.

This map illustrates the vote-by-mail turnout patterns for the City of Philadelphia during the 2020 General elections. The height of each voter precinct reflects to total ballots casts. The shading indicates the percentage of total ballots that were vote-by-mail for that precinct.
