The purpose of this project is to determine the best methods for consolidating two or three precincts.

This project utilizes simulations and statistical algorithms to understand and compare various polling location consolidation strategies for a three step voting process. Data inputs are created from real election data describing the three step voting process. Each strategy is assessed based on their voter wait times, equipment requirements to ensure short waits, and an estimated square footage required for the necessary quantity of voting equipment.
