The Academy at the URI Kingston campus is designed for high school students who want to explore the possibilities created by engineering in a hands-on, engaging fashion. Students who are thinking of majoring in engineering can gain a valuable overview of the field and explore fundamental concepts and tools used across many disciplines in engineering. Students who are not engineering bound can also gain from this introduction to engineering practices and related concepts.
