Excellence truly shines in Engineering. On May 22, 2016, University of Rhode Island’s College of Engineering honored eight students representing the best of the best from the undergraduate degrees conferred by the college. Recipients of the University Rhode Island College of Engineering Excellence Awards spanned not only degrees in Electrical or Industrial Engineering, but also included three students who graduated with a second language through the International Engineering Program, and a student who was working simultaneously on an accelerated master’s degree in his field.
